NOTE on students enrolled in both languages:  If both LATIN and GREEK 307 have been taken, DARS will always use Latin courses in the language requirement (and in the display of 1st-year courses, if they've been taken). 

     Until at least one 307 has been taken, the courses in both languages will be used in the major GPA and neither can be considered "outside-of-major" unless you create an exception.  (If the second 305-307 are used in electives, they will, of course, always be part of the major.)

     To remove one language, or to force the use of Greek instead of Latin when both 307s have been taken, do this:

On the 370 screen create an RU exception.

     If the student's language is Latin, use the PSNAME LATIN. 
     If the language is Greek, the PSNAME is GREEK. 

     REQSRQ/REQCT: - 1 .  
            No "Comment to display" is needed.

(You are not actually waiving a course; it's just a trick on DARS to force it to eliminate one language.)
